Kettle lid handle

This is a pretty specific item that might not be of use to many, but I put a lot of work into it, so just in case someone is looking for something like this, here it is.  It might even make a nice handle for something else.

This replaces the worn out handle on a friends kettle.  I printed it in ASA (which should stand up to the 100-degree temperatures, I hope). I went heavy on the infill to add a little extra thermal mass. The holes in the bottom take @CNCKitchen M3 brass threaded inserts.  I softened the edges a little by tumbling it with sand for many hours, but this didn't make a very big difference.
