I love my hydro tower but my plants weren't getting enough light from the suggested "jester's cap" clip lights.
This is an arm to attach these upgraded lamps. It requires the support rail and shelf from the add-ons collection. The support shelf is reinstalled on top of the arm to secure everything. (You could probably get away with a small washer instead, if you don't want to use the shelves, but there is not very much clearance.)
It is even strong enough to hold an esp32 camera on top of one of the arms:
V1:
This version is massively overbuilt because I was bored in Tinkercad. If I rework it, I will make the screw holes a little larger, add cable management hooks and include a drip catcher.
Note: If you have water leak issues, be sure to fashion a drip stopper on the bottom of each arm, close to the tower. These will lean down slightly, and water can run along the bottom of the arm and fall far from the bucket. (Adding a loop of twine tightly around the arm should work. Put the knot at the bottom and leave some string hanging down. Water will stop at the twine and fall down the string.)
I included versions with and without the PETG recycling symbol.
Printing:
Supports only needed under the shelf mount.
0.2mm layer height
30% infill
5 perimeters
3 of them fit on an MKS3+ if you rotate them.
