HO Scale House and Garage

This was printed as a gift to my father for Christmas.

It is the same house where I grew up. This is a 1/87 (HO) scale model of a 30'x50' house with second floor dormers and garage. Great for a Train layout!

Update 12-29-2024: Replaced all window & door files with a revised set - added PDFs to show locations of windows! - also added front and rear decks. Separated the files into directories to make it easier for downloading and sorting!

Update 01-09-2021: I have added some additional pictures of the model.

Updated 12-29-2025: It was brought to my attention I was missing a file for the North & South Dormer Windows! They have been added!

Printing Information

This was printed with PLA+ I used supports for the house and minimal supports for the roof.

The garage did not require supports.

I printed the small vestibule roof with supports, this was super glued onto the house. The main roof piece dropped in place, and the dormers were dropped in place through the roof openings.

Design Notes
This was drawn in autocad, converted to DXF files, and imported into Fusion 360 for further manipulation.
