I remixed the 35 degree version provided by @fermit_369703 by doing the following:
The reason for the first change was to aid printability and having two recesses on the bottom didn’t serve a function in my opinion. All you will need to keep the stand from sliding around on your desk it to install four rubber bumpers. Here is an option on Amazon:
The reason for change number two is to aid printability and I think a complete enclosed stand looks better. I know this change will increase material and print time, but based on my estimates it only adds 6g of material and approximately 15 minutes of print time.
The reason for the third change is because the original model being completely closed off on the back caused the USB cable that comes out of the stream deck to bend at an angle that kept the stream deck from sitting comfortably inside the stand. With this remix, the USB cable slides down in-between the channel. The USB cable to protrude from the base of the case, but you likely won’t notice it much.
My settings for this print using Cura and standard PLA:
-Layer height: 0.2
-Wall line count: 3
-Top/bottom layers: 4
-Infill density: 20%
***It is important to note that when I printed the remixed model, I noticed that the Stream Deck doesn’t sit perfectly in the stand as it looks like the stand is slightly too small. This may be due to my printer, so if you have the same issue make the following settings changes:
-Increased the print size to 100.5% (it is a bit loose, so you might be able to get away with 100.2 or 100.3%)
-Change the bottom layer count from 4 to 3*
*The increase in size also increased the amount of material by a few grams, reducing the bottom layer height negates the increase. Reducing the number of bottom layers doesn’t have any negative impact on the print for me.
The first picture with my Stream Deck sitting in the stand shows that my stream deck didn’t quite fit inside the stand when printed at 100% and the second picture with my Stream Deck is when it was printed at 100.5%.
