I really liked the vase mode playmat tubes created by Tekcor17, but I found printing them with an 0.4mm nozzle was too weak for my liking. The original models didn't fit together when I printed them with a larger nozzle, so I rebuilt them in Fusion360 to be printed with different sized nozzles.
Corrugated is one of my own designs, along with Zig Zag, made to work with Tekcor17's vase mode playmat tubes when printed with an 0.4mm nozzle. I also recreated Tekcor17's Stripes, Spots, and Spiral designs so they can be printed with larger nozzles. These models are designed to printed in vase mode using an 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, or 1.0mm nozzle. All designs can be mixed and matched with others printed with the same nozzle size.
I have included test files of the mating surfaces, so you can tune your settings without having to print the whole model.
All models pictured were printed with an 0.8mm nozzle at 0.32mm layer height on an Ender 3 using tri-color coextrusion PLA.
Update:
I have created a parameterized version of this model here if you want to make this in different sizes.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
