Pad 7 Neptune 2 / 2s ADXL345 adapter

When buying a Bigtreetech pad 7 it comes with a BTT ADXL345 which is not easy to fit onto the printer depending on your model.  For the Elegoo neptune 2s I had to use the BLtouch mounting screws to make sure it was nice and tight onto the gantry.  It reuses the screws of the BLtouch for the X axis.  The Y axis is simply a clip.

It is a very simple design but the dimensions and design are clear of any obstacles.  I have included the step file if you need to modify.  

I used PLA, 15% infill, 0.25 layer height.  I also used  M3x6 screws to mount the ADXL onto the adapter.
