Ender 5 Plus Locking Bed Knob

Inspired by AJCam44's solution because it offered the most fidelity of adjustment. Thank you very much for your solution which has served my Ender 3 S1 very well.

This model adds the following features:

1. Locking mechanism suited for Ender 5 Plus
2. Reduced radius of bed wheel to not obstruct bed rod/rail
3. Increased bed wheel height to support heat insert
4. Redesigned retention spring mechanism to provide symmetrical locking force

Remixed in Blender since I have yet to learn parametric modeling.
