self centering bar ends for road bikes / bar extenders / handlebar cap

Insert the bar end into the end of your bar. As you tighten the screw, the cones get closer together and spread the jaws apart.

Additional parts required:

• 1x M4 Ruthex or similar
• 1x M4x35 Zylindrical Head Hex screw
• 1x m4 washer
• rubber band or inner tube

Everything is designed to be printed without support. The Rim on the jaws is only for bed adhesion and has to be removed, the sacrificial layer on the outside part needs to be drilled out with a 4mm drill bit.

To keep the jaws together i recommend a piece of inner tube from a road bike tire.
