Land Rover Series 302373 Rubber Washer

General

This is a replacement for the rubber washer for the Land Rover Series roof (part number 302373). Commercial replacements are available but as you need 14 for the 109 wheelbase, printing can be cheaper.

The center hole fits an M6 screw as well as the original imperial screw.

Versions

“Normal” - Just a plain washer.

“Medium” - A small lip (0.6mm) added to the washer, helping with centering the 6mm diameter screw inside of the 7.5mm hole of the spacer.

"Long" - A larger lip (1.6mm), helping even more with assembly.

Print Settings

• Use TPU or other flexible filament
• Infill depending on TPU hardness, 100% is okay for most types
