"Little Hero" World's best 2s FPV Drone

This is the Little Hero! a drone I designed for my son who started learning FPV at age 5. I needed a drone that wasn't too big, could survive 1000 crashes, and also had smooth flight so he would enjoy it.

Brotherhobby partnered with me to supply the motors for this build. 0804 10,000 KV

using the HQ prop 2" 4 blade

this is designed for the Happymodel x12 and CADDX ant nano camera.

You can 3d print the frame for the motors but if you can get a 2-2.5mm thick sheet of carbon fibre cut then you will save weight and get better flight performance.

Us a 23-25mm m2 screw to run up through the frame and mount the FC. you can cap it off with a m2 hex nut

Notes:

 

It is best to use a .2mm nozzle so you can get prefect prints with a strong adhesion. I have printed them with a .4 but its just doesn't come out the same. I recommend you use Polymax or Polylite pro from Polymaker as it is the single best drone PLA money can buy. However any PLA will doe, you just might need to print some extras when they break.

The Polymax is a little heavier but the stuff is damn near indestructible.
