Desk Mount Headphone Hanger

Desk Mount Headphone hanger / clamp with an integrated "clamp plate" to prevent from scratch marks on the underside of the table when turning the screw :)

Finished part consists of 5 pieces with an easy assembly process. (Choose one of the hanger designs !!) + 1 pcs each of: (Screw, Thread Insert, Clamp Plate, Lock Bar)

Can handle a desk thickness between 16 - 36 mm and up to 45mm wide headphone headband.

Additional design (Hanger_alternative design.stl). Minor changes to the surfaces to make it a little "better" looking with design elements inspired from the new Ender 3 series.

If you prefer the original one with a more flat design please choose (Hanger.stl)

This design incorporates a clamp plate securely attached to the screw head with the help of a small lock-bar. This will prevent any possible marks on your table when turning the screw.

The threaded insert and the lock-bar should be a semi-tight fit, still able to take them apart again.

After printing all 5 parts needed as per above:

Step 1: Mount the thread insert in the hanger (direction sensitive)
Step 2: Insert the screw and turn enough so that the top part of the screw is clearly visible inside the hanger
Step 3: Slide the clamp plate onto the top of the screw and make sure that the pointy "V" on the clamp plate aligns with the "V" groove on the hanger.
Step 4: Insert the lock-bar (direction sensitive) into the clamp plate for a secure fit between clamp plate / screw
