ToFnLED Housing (Gaggiuino)

This housing is designed to hold the Time of Flight and LED (ToFnLED) board for Gaggiuino over the water tank using magnets. 

The board slides in from the end, clipping in with the flex arm clip. If the board needs to be removed it can be pushed using a paperclip inserted into the small removal hole on the end. 

Note: these instructions assume your machine housing is magnetic (most GC/GCP are). If not the housing will still work but you'll need to use double-sided tape (such as VHB 4611) instead of magnets, and repositioning will be a bit more difficult. Check whether your housing is magnetic before proceeding.

  Note: installation is cleanest with 1 mm thick magnets, but you can use 2 mm thick ones if you have some left over from the scales build. 
• cyanoacrylate (super glue)

Printing:

• You need good adhesion to print this vertically. Use a brim if necessary.
• PETG
• 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height or smaller
• there is some bridging. the model has been designed so it should automatically do ideal pathing, but it's good to confirm.

Assembly:

It can help adhesion to scratch up the magnet indentations a bit with a craft blade before adding a drop of cyanoacrylate and placing a magnet on top. Make sure the magnets seat flat!
