A downside of the Inmotion V11 is that there's very little stable surface to mount power pads on. These fairings are meant to solve that problem.
Mounted with M5 x 12mm screws, can also use up to 16mm length. Recommended to use double sided adhesive to put on the back, so that it sticks alongside the wheel
You can use any hard filament, PLA, PETG, ABS, Carbon Fiber, Polycarbonate, etc. I highly recommend using PETG as it is non toxic, and is weather resistant. PLA will also work, but may not last long term as it can deform or become brittle from the sun. Do be mindful of possible shrinkage.
You can adjust the thickness of the plate (by Z axis), but I found 4.4-5 mm to work best.
Use big nozzle if possible, the bigger the nozzle, the stronger the print. 0.6mm is the minimum size.
You can mirror the file for left side if you want, but that is not needed.
Print settings:
Filament: Polymaker Gold PETG
Nozzle: 0.6 mm
Wall: 1.8 mm (3 walls), go thicker if needed.
Infill: 100%
Speed and temperature depends on your printer/filament.
