Topographic Continents

I started out with the world map from toddsplod67 and ripped out just the continents. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:116228

My son then printed them for his grade geography project.

No guarantees on actual geographic content. Island countries were removed, New England, Japan etc.

Update: Added New Zealand - Not a great New Zealand, or even a good New Zealand, but a New Zealand.
The 1mm file has a similar extruded base to the rest of the continents - the non1mm file looks a little better standalone.
