Here is a lighter version of my AFA deburring tool holder that holds 8 additional blades. This one uses ⅓ the filament and prints in under half the time. The AFA tool sits 40mm into the holder and has a diameter of 18.5mm if you have other tools you would like to fit. The holder uses 2 vertical slim hex mounts to mount solidly against the wall when loaded and doesn't sway with tool removal. Print 2 of the hollow inserts and supports enabled. I printed on a Bambu P1P with silk PLA and the following settings:
0.4 nozzle
0.2mm layers
3 wall loops, top layers, and bottom layers
25% gyroid infill
standard speed
standard supports (for the 2 hex attachment points)
With these settings, it takes:
31.4g filament for the main body
1h17m print time
