Vase Mode Draw Unit

I wanted something to sit next to my printer on my desk, so I would have spare nozzles,Allen Keys spare V Wheel Bearings ect in 1 place.

Top and bottom draws are 20mm deep the 3 center draws are 17.5mm deep.

Draws and the Housing are done in VaseMode( See my Vase mode settings Below)

Vase Mode Settings:

Theses are the main settings to Change if your Using Simplify3D
These give me extra strengh in the print as the line width is 2x the size of the 0.4 nozzle.

Under Layers Tab

Infill 0%
Primary layer Height 0.2800
Top solid Layers 0
Bottom Solid Layers 3
Outline/Perimeter shells 1
And put a tick in the box for Single Outline Corkscrew printing mode (Vase Mode)
First Layer Height 100%
First Layer Width 100%
First Layer Speed 50%

Extruder SettingsSpeeds

Default Print Speed 60.0mm/s
Outline Underspeed 50%

Extrusion Multiplier Set to 1.10 (This compensates for the extra line width.)
Extrusion Width 0.80mm ( Extrudes 2x the 0.4mm nozzle width.)

Speed Overrides Setting

Ticked Adjust printing speed for layers below 15.0 sec
Allow Speed reduction down to 70%

For the Slats inbetween the Draws and the handles Just Normal print mode with w 2.8 layer height.
