The original intent was to simply adapt danailch's "Air Filter for LACK Enclosure" design to the extra 12V case fan I had laying around which measured 92x92x32mm, but in the end there isn't a single surface I didn't re-work and rebuild. Still listing this as a remix because it's clearly inspired by & derived from their work.
I split the model into two parts for printing to minimize supports and wasted material. Print with large flat sides against the build plate, assemble with the build plate surfaces together in case it isn't obvious, with screws running through both flats into the fan to hold it all together. The "Pt1.1/Pt2.1" STL's have extra material at the corners that the "Pt1/Pt2" versions don't have, I added those to help prevent lifting from the build plate as my first print attempts in ABS lifted badly even with gluestick. STEP and F3D files included.
Filter specs are the same as the original design that this was remixed from. Hardware isn't listed because there's nothing critical about them. Use whatever screws & nuts you have that will do the job of connecting the two parts, and whatever screws you have that will attach it to the material of the LACK table.
