Active charcoal carbon and hepa air filtration system

Here is a clean looking, easy to print, and easy to assemble air cleaning system that circulates air through a charcoal carbon pad and hepa filter inside an FDM printer enclosure.

Note that this is not intended to replace proper venting if you are using any toxic filament.

What you will need:

-Roomba 800 series hepa filter (https://bit.ly/3if6OMu)
-For one fan: AC Infinity Multifan S1 (https://bit.ly/3GPEoSR)
-For two fans: AC Infinity Multifan S5 (https://bit.ly/3ikVgXT)
-Glue to connect printed parts (for PLA, you can use super/crazy glue)
-A hobby knife or scissors to trim the carbon pad to size using the provided template
-A USB charger to power the fan(s)

1. Print out all four parts. No special slicer settings or filament needed .
2. Glue the intake fan module and exhaust module to the filter base as shown in the pictures.
3. Trim the the carbon pad using the carbon filter template.
4. Remove the rubber feet from the fan(s) using a screwdriver to remove the four screws from each side of each fan.
5. Reattach the wire fan protective cover to the fan on the intake side (note the airflow indicator on the side of the fan). CLARIFICATION - the fan pulls in the air, so check that the airflow indicator on the side of the fan shows the air flow going into the module.
6. Insert the fan, trimmed carbon pad, and hepa filter into the combined air cleaner.
7. Plug fan into a USB charger.
