Rivian Dummy Seatbelt

A dummy seatbelt designed to fit Rivian vehicles.  This will allow you to use the 3rd row LATCH anchors on the R1S and keep the rear vents running automatically.

Added a SHORT version that'll tuck into the seat for folding flat for dogs in the back.
