These print in 2 pieces, the base and the insert.  Slice the insert with your desired infill type and percentage. You have to set Top and Bottom layers to Zero to get the infill effect. Also, make sure all elements of the infill are attached to some part of the wall, or the other infill elements.  For example, in Cura the Lightning infill type would not work, you'd get a nice ring and a bunch of filament waste to throw out.

Then they go together with friction holding them.  Once together you could change the insert but most likely the original will get scratched up or broken, but you can always print more. There is also a very slight ridge around the middle of the coaster, not enough to be glaring, or cause it to need supports.  I just like the tactile feel of it when picking up a coaster by the edges.

I did these this way because I didn't like how doing a filament change based print showed both colors on the outside of the base.  This way the outside of the coaster is one solid color (unless you like multiple colors, then you could print it that way).

Because these are friction fitted the tolerances are tight and worked fine on my setup, but you may have to adjust percentages when you slice the insert.  I would suggest only changing X and Y, but leave Z as is.

I added an insert with the Buffalo Bills logo in the center. Go Bills!
I may add other logos going forward, starting with other Buffalo teams of course!
Also added a caddy for the coasters, it should hold 6 but I couldn't test it with that many yet.

Print setup:
Ender 3 S1, with Sonic Pad (Klipper)
Overture PLA
