51mm Portafilter Filter Cutter

I used @mchangcreative design as the basis for this creation. The centerpiece that holds down the filter paper is now print in place. This makes the workflow a slight bit simpler. I widened the centerpiece as well to give it a better hold on the filter papers and reduce tearing. The blade holder was moved to cut closer to the tangent line of the circle. This should also reduce tearing. The inner cutter grip area and the original base was redesigned to add a hexagonal form to be easier on the fingers and give you a better grip.

The final cut dimension is about 47.8mm and fits perfectly in the IMS 51mm competition portafilter basket.

The device can actually use just 1 of the 2 blade slots. Please use new and fresh #11 exacto blades and a m3x8-14mm screw. I used an off brand blade from amazon and the center key'd in area may be different than your blade. Feel free to trim as needed.

I've uploaded the f3d so you can mix and mash this to get the size of filter papers you'd like.
