I adjusted original filament guide from MK4 for use without PTFE tubes. So filament is guided just in rounded hole. You just need M3 nut and M3x18 screw for attach it onto the spool holder.

Update: It appeared some problems with filament sliding through holes. In several cases (higher resistance of coil and faster movement of extruder) crash detection was activated and print was stopped. I recommend improving (smoothing) holes surface (by drilling), or use the original filament guide from Prusa (with PTFE tubes).
