Kusba mount for Creality Ender 5 S1

Print in ABS, ASA or PETG if you are enclosing the printer to avoid the plastic deforming. Easy to print with no need for supports or heat-set inserts. The lid will keep dust away and it also has standoffs that will press the circuit-board firmly against the mount to eliminate any slop or play. Design also leaves a small air-gap to the extruder stepper as to not risk overheating the motor

BOM:

• 6x M3x10mm screws
• KUSBA ADXL sensor
• Printed parts

Mounting instructions:

• Attach the KUSBA with the flat side down
• Tighten down the lid firmly but no too hard as that could cause damage or strip the treads
• Screw into the exposed threads on the extruder with the USB-port towards the spool-holder
