CtrlAX Cap

I just created a CtrlAX security cap as I have kids around and don't want an accident to happen. It fits tight so kids cannot easily remove the cap. To remove it you'll have to twist it a bit back and forth.

There's an inner space for where the blade locking screw needs to fit and to mark it from the outside I made a square to locate it easily.
