Plastic Bottle Ribbon Cutter

This handheld bottle cutter will cut out an 8 mm ribbon out of PET bottles. Recycled PET ribbons are extremely resistant to tensile loads and are useful as a makeshift rope when in a pinch. 

The cutter will accept any 1mm thick blade which can be hot glued in place. I recommend snapping it off almost flush with the body of the cutter and covering it in hot glue to shield your fingers.
