For Atomstack X20, A20 and S20 users.
For maintenance the laser head has to be removed on almost daily basis. (cleaning)
The JST plug is giving you nightmares? Fear no longer and use the Atomstack Aviation plug upgrade.
Uses a 12mm 4-pool Aviation plug  (GX12).

Makes it's easier to remove the laser head without the difficulties of the JST plugs. Non invasive upgrade meaning no damage to laser head parts. Fits on top of the holes for the fan with the original M3 bolts. In-between pillars to relieve the strain when pushing in the aviation plug. All rounded edges to reduce disturbing the air flow.

EDIT: On request I added a plug holder with entrance from the side. Mind this is not printed and tested by me. Included obj, step files if you need to adjust. For this design the mounting holes are reduced to 3 but this shouldn't affect the structure.

Designed and printed in 2 parts to reduce the use of support material. needs 4 M3 6mm bolts and nuts for the aviation plug housing.

You will need to crimp a new JST cable (about 6 cm) or re-use the JST from your original harness. This upgrade requires some knowledge of electronics and cable management.

I also include a picture of the Atomstack X20 pin lay-out for users who wants to make their own cable harness, in most cases this is needed if you want to use drag chains.

Printed with eSUN PLA+
No supports

Layer height 0.2mm with 0.4mm nozzle
I used brim
