These parts were inspired from VzBot channel CPAP cooling system, but using a cheaper (and less performing) blower fan. The 2 fan options (7530 and 12032) come from availability on AliExpress. They can generate an impressive airflow for few bucks more than a good 5015 fan.

Remote cooling allows you to use much chunkier fans without the drawback of their weight.

This model is designed for a 15mm CPAP tube from a specific vendor (Purdoux,15mm) (I don’t know if every company creates a different shape of the external reinforcement). The idea was to have the tube directly screwed into the fan duct through its helical reinforcement.

If you already own a CPAP tube, download “Cpap_Interface_Test” and test if your tube is compatible with this print. If it does, you can now print the whole system for your specific fan.

Please if your CPAP tube is not compatible, maybe let me know, so I can design a future revision able to accommodate that too. You can always modify the model yourself if you like.

Inside the folders, you also find spacers, which are designed to keep the fan duct at its optimal position. You need to print 2 of them and insert them between the duct mounts and the plate.
