With the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie out, I was inspired to make this case after seeing the one Star-Lord had for his Zune.
Right now, Zunes are pricey and because of that, I would rather not lose/beat up the only one I have. So iPods it is. After searching for a similar belt clip case to 3D print I was surprised there is not one out there already. So with my very basic 3D modeling skills, I whipped this up in Tinkercad using these models, tailoring it to fit my 60GB iPod classic 5th Generation. (It will not fit as well for 30GB models, also I did not test fit it with any other iPod other than the one I modeled for. YMMV):

As for printing the actual model, I used supports for “iPod Clip Case - Case.stl” for the holes on the back.
I recommend printing “iPod Clip Case - Case.stl” and “iPod Clip Case - Front Cover.stl” with 10% infill and "“iPod Clip Case - Clip.stl” at a higher infill like 20% or so.
Some sanding/filing might be needed for the rectangular pegs on “iPod Clip Case - Clip.stl” before it is superglued on the back of “iPod Clip Case - Case.stl”
With that being said, it is very rough around the edges but it does the job. I encourage anyone to improve on my design as they see fit.
