I wanted a more tidy connector for a 12v 30a “universal” power supply.  The little flip-cover over the terminals still seemed too exposed, especially when a few of the terminals are connected to live AC (mains) voltage.  This end-cap box goes over the end of the power supply and adds a mounting plate for a +/- 12v DC output banana jack connector.

Hoping the pictures will tell the rest.  If it's something you need, you probably don't need more explanation anyway.

The design with the tapered “side box” is meant to print without supports in that area. Adding supports for the screw holes on the sides is probably optional.

The OpenSCAD file is included in case you want to make adjustments.

The links here will most likely disappear eventually, but for now, here are the parts you'll need. The descriptions might help you search if the links stop working.
