Hamax Outback mount protector

Description

Simple but effective protector that goes over the quick mount and prevents it from being scratched or damaged when switching wheels.

Background

After only two short tours we already had some damage made to the quick mount by only resting it on the ground when switching wheels and thus this design.

Print settings I used

• Layer height: 0.24
• Material: PLA (I assume TPU is a better fit but I have not try that)
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: None
• Orientation: Printed having the open area downwards

Note: FreeCAD-file comes with a spreadsheet and if you find the model to be to tight then just increase the padding value to a higher value (see picture).
