Compression Fitting for CPAP hose on WS7040 blower fan

The cap can be printed in any material and without any supports, if it is flipped upside down.

For the adapter use TPU. I used SainSmart TPU with 95A shore.

I added a cable tie for extra security, but the friction should be strong enough even without. 

Changes:

• 2023-06-13: Added a notch to the adapter so that it better fits on the WS7040 fan and increased the thickness of the cap
