Xi07's model is great but I didn't liked that the emblem and external perimeter protruded from the front face.  This remix reduces that protrusion to only a couple of layers, so you can print it upside-down and the third layer, set to the seconday color, hopefully fills the empty layers below and results in a flush front face.

The 3mf model is set up with that first color for layers 1-2, a first color change for layers 3-4 and a second color change at layer 5 so you can go back to the primary color and give the appearence that the whole keychain is made from the primary color.

Keep in mind:

  • Needs to be printed at extra fine layer height in order to allow for the emblem to keep the detail and still have the third layer low enough so that in can stick to the bed, as if it was a first layer. I needed to use 0.05mm layer height with a 0.2mm first layer, so that third layer ended up at 0.3mm.
  • The first and second layers are extra sensitive due to their small details. Once those are printed and before starting the third layer check that every part of the figure has stuck to the bed.
  • The third layer is equally critical. You need to be sure that it is sticking properly to the bed AND at the same time isn't dragging along layers 1-2. If your print is still OK after layer 4 you should be safe.

I used Prusa Viva la Bronze as primary color and Galaxy Black as filler.
