I broke my crossbow bolt. The metal tip was still good so I made this replacement arrow body.
Print as it is. I used PLA. Use a support enforcer in the part where the metal tip goes.
Print it strong so use high temperatures for good layer adhesion, lot of perimeters and enough infill. The arrow part has a slot where the wing part locks into, so there is no need for glue.
After printing make sure to check that the arrow has enough space in the barrel to travel without friction.
