This model contains mounts for mounting 2020 aluminium extrusion to the inside of Ikea Pax and other cabinets that use the same system for mounting shelves using 5 mm blind holes at a 32 mm pitch. There are two variants of the part: One has a screw hole on both sides, and secures the aluminium profile by sliding into the slot. The other one is a single-sided version that only has one screw hole. The file with the integrated T nut comes in two variants for B-type and I-type profiles, respectively. The B-type variant should fit the V-slot profile common in 3D printers.
The brackets attach to the cabinet with those weird stubby wood screws that are made to screw into these 5 mm cabinet holes. Where I live, both nearby hardware sell these screws. Their outer diameter is 6.3mm, and they have a very small countersink head. You may find them using the EAN 4001796386848 , or under the product name “Varianta” for around 0,06 € per piece. For my Ikea Pax, I used the 16 mm length variant of the screw.
The holes in the brackets are pretty tight for extra strength. Because I wanted the 2020 profile to fit in between of two of the 32 mm holes, the bracket must be screwed into the cabinet corpus first, before attaching the profile, because otherwise the profile's mounting screw will block the cabinet screw's head.
The models with integrated T-slot nuts are designed to be printed on the side without supports. This leads to some rather aggressive overhang at the top ribs next to the screw holes, but if you get stringing on your printer that won't affect the model's mechanical function. See the screenshot from the “photos” section on how to print these.
