A dedicated case for the smallest usable RP2040 board I could find. It has labels for pins used by Picoprobe and a separate hole for each cable to prevent tangling. It screws together with (up to) 4 M3 14mm screws (and nuts).
The project was designed for Bambu AMS multi-color print but the labels should stay legible if they are not filled with color (recessed only).
It prints nicely with a textured plate and supports on both sides.
In this version, I added mini-clips holding the cables in place to help with putting the thing together.
