If you order the p1p case fan from Bambu, you'll receive a 92mm x 92mm fan. The official guide for enclosing your p1p includes a file which you use to mount the case fan to the printer. Unfortunately, this leaves an 8mm gap between the fan and the rear cover of the printer.
If you use a hole saw to cut a circular hole in your rear cover where the fan is, this will leave the fan exposed, along with that 8mm gap.
This grill I designed goes between the case fan and the rear cover.
You'll need a couple m3x14 (ish) bolts and nuts to make this work, since the other side of the fan is screwed to the p1p already.
v18: This version fits better between the case and the fan without flexing the case. Also, I added a chamfer to the bolt holes so the overhangs print better.
v22: Ugh, these things are never ‘done’ are they? :-) I thought it looked kinda neat facing the other direction, so I updated the design so that it can be flipped over. (The screw holes are recessed on both sides now.) Also fixed the filet I forgot in v18.
