CR-10 spool holder bearing mod

This is a mod for the Creality spool holder of my CR-10 V3 but should be the same for all models with the plastic tube and nut.

After looking at tons of spool holders with bearings I decided to go a different path that requires a bit of cutting and filing.

**Note: In the Creality tube a slot needs to be cut to be able to put the roller on its bed which slides from the side. Everything is held in place by the bearings that are flush with the outer surface of the tube.**

The infill is 20% for the support but 40 % for the roller, it should not matter that much.
