Hello, this is my third 3d printed guitar. First one I’ve done in 2017 and it has only body printed (You can see it on few photos). The newst one have neck and body fully 3d printed. I’ve made this one for my cr10max printer, but it can be easly sliced on smaller parts. It’s my original design made in Rhino3D.
Body dosn’t need any supports. Neck need in only two points. Headstock it’s on supports. Orientation of printing it’s intentionaly, couse of strength requirements. For neck I used scarf joint, double sided truss rod and carbon fiber rods like luthiers used in wood guitars.
Guitar it’s fully adjustable and playable like normal guitar. Neck adjustment works perfect. Scale length it’s 25”
Nozzle 0,8mm
Layer 0,32mm
Body material: Devil Design Silk PLA
Neck material: Fiberlogy Impact PLA
Top material: Rosa Filamets Silk Moon PLA
Glue: epoxy glue and CA glue
