9-pt Star Christmas Tree Topper

9-pt star, although technically based on 10-pt with the 10th-pt being the cone for the tree branch. I have included the OpenSCAD source file in case you would like to modify/remix.

Print instructions

IMPORTANT:

1. print two of the STL to create the complete star
2. print with ZERO bottom layers
3. print with a brim of at least 3mm since contact with the bed is not large
4. recommend to use supports especially under the rounded cone
5. I used 2 walls to keep the print time down to about 2 hours

I printed this object in translucent blue PETG and I highly recommend something similar.
