elf/demon/horned figure?

this is my first 3d model that is slightly humanoid, i wanted to share it with the world hoping i would get feed back on what i can improve

 (i am fully aware it sucks thats why im reaching out and trying to get feedback, im also fully aware he is missing his back features but i kinda gave up because i was insecure)

i hope you guys can maybe do something with it, feel free to use it as a miniature.

(btw i used nomad for this model and it weights like 2gb idk why)
