Sprite Extruder Curved Front Cable Guide

I've tried quite a few cable guides and haven't been happy with any of them. I wanted a cable guide that would come out front of the Z gantry.

I designed a two-piece cable guide (because I intend to install a quick tool change later, so I wanted the cable guide not fixed to the extruder).

The only issue with this design is that if you have the LED light bar, you will hit it if printing something really tall that uses the whole bed (more specifically the left side of the X axis). I think it's a good compromise, as you don't often print that tall and wide…

I have also designed a cover for the X motor, that has a cable guide, to hold the cable in place. There are two versions of it, one has a mounting bracket for a Logitech C270 Camera the other don't.

Instructions:

• Print each part individually.
• The fixed slot and the cover don't need support.
• The curved bracket needs support. Make sure you exclude the internal part of the bracket as shown in the pictures. Support should come out easy and clean.
• You need to replace the button screw on the cover to a socket cap screw (optional), to better secure the cover in place.
