Very simple and quick insert that can be stored inside standard ammo then reversed to raise every second row for easy access to single rnds. After 25 rnds you can rotate the grate 180 and raise the other rows. I find it suites Bench Shooting rather than stopping to reload magazines, especially if in middle of scoring round.
It fits upside down inside standard ammo boxes that use the typical grate with holes to support the rnds. Making it easy to keep in the boxes. One exception so far: The ICI clear plastic 100rnd box has a taper, would be easy to modify it to fit.
This was done to check fit and ideas before embarking on a fancy 3d solution. I'm really happy with it as is. Only issue is its a minor fiddle lifting the original grate out of the box. It's easier if you cut the tabs.
Tip: Since it has thin contact surfaces on the Printer Bed you will need to ensure the first layer sticks. Luckily if a corner lifts it's usually still usable.
