MMU Snowman with carrot nose with smooth surface.

This is a remix of MMU snowman with carrot nose created by "p3t3rp4nd4" user best printed with PETG (transparent/clear color as white). I added a top and bottom surface with single color 1 layer height so you can print the bottom and top layer with transparent PETG. Gives 2 benefits:

1) smooth surface top and bottom.
2) easier to print when layering the 1st layer down the build plate.
