• (2) 688-2RS bearings
• (2) M3 x 5mm x 4.5mm heat set (Voron standard size)
• (2) M3 8mm cap head screw
• (1) M3 10mm cap head screw
• (1) M4 14mm cap head screw
• (1) 8mm shaft - 80mm OR 90mm OR 100mm depending on size

Printing

Checklist

• (1) Roller Holder
• (1) Truss Mount - choose based on desired length and panel rabbet

Settings

• Use Voron standard
• 0.4n
• 4 walls
• 40% infill

Assembly

• Fit bearings onto end of shaft
• Press in heat sets
• Screw roller holder into truss mount
• Screw assembly onto frame
• Snap bearings shaft into place

Pictures show 100mm length.

CAD Updated 12/6/2023 – The Onshape file now uses configurations and has the ability to push the filament roller off the extrusion to avoid hitting other mods (e.g. large panel clips).
