Ebike universal Battery Mount, Holder "Electric v1" for 36v 10-14ah 18650 Cells

I have designed the "Electric" Ebike Battery Mount for myself, but i decided to change it with you all. My Battery has 36v, 12ah and is 70x40x293mm. I have bought it on aliexpress, something like this.

Or you can build your own Battery with 18650 Cells. They will fit in the Electric Case.

The Holder is designed for Bike Frames with 52mm Pipes. But there are also all Files included for changing the parameter to your preference (bike frame).

The “Electric” Mount is split up in three parts. All Parts can be printed without support. After printing you can slide the parts in together. Maybe a little bit sanding on the outer walls of the slide-mechanism is needed. 

The first Part is screwed to the cupholder of the bike frame for a secure and solid mount (see picture). All Parts are really self explaining. You can decide if you want to get out the Battery Cable on the bottom or on the top of the Case, like in my pictures. There is a little Clip that you can print, to close the no needed Hole.

The Top Part is secured with some Black Cable Ties. Both, Top and Bottom Part have holes for Cable Ties. Maybe someone dont have a Cupholder on his Bike Frame.

On the innerside (topsection) of each printed Part i have set some neodym-magnets. So they click together if you slide them in (see picture). Works fine and i like the finish.

• Print time arround 18h with Ender S1 and Klipper
