Hello!

Here is my design for an Ender 7 toolhead one upgraded with the Creality Spider v3 hotend, direct drive LGX Lite and a Noctua 4020 fan.

From all the available designs, I could not find one that retains the stock hotend placement. As such, I tinkered and this is the result.

It is very specific to the parts listed, I did not try to model it for other hotends and/or fan configurations.

It also features a mount for a Pinda or SuperPinda probe, CR Touch was way to rattly for me.

There is also a ADLX mount option, mine is modeled like in the file as it did not come with any holes.

Most of the stock hardware is reused, be sure to add 2 nuts to the bottom of the LGX Lite in order to fasten it to the reinforcement. The reinforcement is requiered in order to prevent flexing of the backplate when the extruder is pushing filament.

The bottom of the cover features a removable piece in which a 5v USB LEDcan be installed. Make sure to trim the ends of the USB PCB in order for it to fit under the fan.

This mod goes well with my other design to relocate the filament sensor and spool holder.

I was let down by my Ender 7, was no longer willing to invest time in it and moved on to something else. Therefore, this project will not be maintained but I have included the .step file for anyone to make whatever modification they want.

Have a good one!
