Pipe benders for 10mm tube and small radius

Simple pipe benders for short radius bends up to 90 deg.  Print at high or 100% infill.  Radius is marked on the blocks.

Hold in vice firmly ensuring 10mm straight section is fully in the jaws of vice as shown and bend away.   Worked with thick wall steel tube and Aluminium tube.

For Aluminium or thin wall tube you need to support the tube inside to stop the vice crushing it.  Use a drill bit that fits taped in place at the right position.   You may get away bending thin tube without a vice.

Could adapt concept to other sized pipes as required.
