Ender 3 BMG direct drive for satsana

Hello,

This is a simple support for stepper motor and bmg extruder to mount in direct drive.

I made it to be compatible with satsana fang from @scottyujan (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4794720).

The mount in lateral orientation allow the head to move freely without interfering with the ender 3 structure.
