My goal is to replace all the mishmash of fastener bins with filament efficient and strong bins. This prints in just over an hour and with 34g of filament. It has 6 bins in a 1x4 footprint and fits standard labels.

I love the divided vase bins by @cyron52. I'm using clickfinity base plates which means I don't need magnets. @RobPage_663089 has a great solution with minimal base plates which you can glue on. I'm too lazy for all that glueing (many fasteners getting stored\u2026) and not smart enough to modify the g-code to print in one piece. So I modeled in the base plates and added a grid infill to help the bridging. It prints in one piece out of the box without needing to modify gcode.

The label landing was was increased to match regular brother-compatible sizes and more reinforcement X's were added.

Printing Tips

The bottom layer needs many shell layers to close the opening. I used 28 at 0.2mm height which is enough to cover the \u2018infill\u2019 from the model.

Like the original vase, the label section prints better needs to be 0.12mm, but the rest can be 0.20mm. Use 0.6-0.8mm wall thickness and the bins will be sturdy.

No need for a brim.
