Print this laying down on the biggest face with some support for the hook.
I'm a big fan of more perimeters than infill regarding strength in prints. I'm personally mounting these on the short edge against the wall, so perimeters around the countersinking make more sense, just be careful not to over-tighten the screws or you will split the layer lines
I've printed these with 6 perimeters @0.2mm layer height and 15% infill and these are holding up just fine.
Be a little careful when using the screw holes on the short edge as these will typically match up with the layer lines, the countersinking should help. but don't overtighten
I've got a few of these Perma Retractable Child Gates in my home to keep our dogs from certain parts of the house. Unfortunately, human members of my household are lazy and don't open the gate correctly. Instead, they climb over the gate, breaking the mounting hooks supplied in the process.
My local hardware store lists the hooks on their website, but only via special order. So FTIJPI! (Fud that, I'll just print it!)

If you're interested in the design, it's my first design in OnShape, (I'm a Fusion guy) and I've also attached the STEP if you prefer something else.
